The machine is specially designed for the noodle shapes production. These are tagliatelle cut short from the pasta sheet coming from the press and the machines has the same constructive features of farfalle stamping machines: calibrating rollers with automatic regulation ofthe thickness, engines regulated by inverter for the optimization ofdragging and cutting speed.
The pattern ofthe sheet is very short from calibration to cutting area and this allows to obtain huge advantages regarding the colour ofthe final product. The main innovation ofthis machine is in the management ofthe noodles cutting rollers, that stay on a turning pallet that allows to change the shape extremely quickly.
The pallet can contain two pairs ofrollers: while a pair is in working phase, the other is placed outwards and can be cleaned or switched during the production.
The software has been completely developed for the particular needs ofthis machine and permits to have an easy managing ofthe various shapes through programmable recipes, on which is possible to set all the parameters needed for the production, such as the sheet thickness, dragging speed and cutting length.
The sheet width of1200 mm allows to have a productivity of 1500 kg/h.
