Landucci, the art of giving shape to pasta s
While
always bearing the value of product quality cleary in mind, our company has
followed a path of intense growth. We continuously focus on innovative
technologies, at the same time keeping our entrepreneurial intuition alive
with tradition.
Landucci
took its first steps in 1925. Inthe old establishment in via Argonauti
it specialised in the manifacture of dies for pasta, which were usually
made of copper.
This
soft metal was employed because it was suitable for handwork, and in particular
for manufacturing the squareshaped holes. These were produced with artisan
expertise by means of punches.
