This machine achieves outstandingly high output using two counter- operating 600 mm stamping dies. The result is an intrinsically balanced machine with an excellent size/output ratio. Its sturdy high-gauge stainless steel sheet construction, like the latest machine tools, offers easy-to-clean flat surfaces. It is equipped with two units consisting ofa scrap mincer and pneumatic conveyor to the mixer.
The machine’s extremely high production capacity allows it to be coupled with presses up to 1100 Kg/h ofcapacity. Interchangeability ofthe units allows obtaining truly harmonised layouts. It is provided with an automatic sheet insertion device, a computerised production control system, production data printout, scrap optimisation functions and storing ofrecipes.
The machine includes a revolutionary (patented) folding system which allows the dies synchronisation in absolute safety conditions, even when the machine is in production.
