The new universal cutters produced by landucci s.r.l. company are designed through the latest technologies CAD/CAM considering all the particular features ofthe different pasta shapes.
Due to this fact and considering the great success gained by the mod. Aircut, Landucci s.r.l. decided to widen the range with the mod. AirCuT-E. This model has the same features with respect to ergonomics, high efficiency and maintaining the cutting and ventilation quality ofthe other AirCuTmodels. All ofthis in combination with the product conveying technique through a shaped slide used also in our evergreen Sant’Antonio and in our K series models.
MASKELECTRICAL RAISING: The mask raising system is the most modern system available in the market in terms ofaccuracy, rigidity, maintenance and safety. The mask is moving on high precision load linear guideways, to avoid any misalignment with the die head. The alignment between the die head and the cutting mask is motorized. The load linear guideways are fixed on a rigid steel column. The result is a very rigid assembly that eliminates any vibration during the mask motion. F
ASTCHANGE SYSTEM OFTHE PENNE CAGES: The masks can be rotated to allow a faster and easier draining ofthe press and an easier installation ofthe penne cages.
VENTILATION MANAGEMENT: The air flow ofthe blower is managed by FRAME: Made ofpainted welded steel, is made ofan upper frame fixed to the press frame. The frame carries the column used to lift and/or traslate the cutting and ventilation mask. The lifting and the lowering movements are motorized, to ensure the maximum accuracy and the maximum safety for the operators. The machine is provided ofplatform with stairs to allow the inspection ofthe die head and for the die changeover operations. an inverter, to allow the perfect aeration ofevery different shape. The air flow is mainly conveyed towards the die surface, to reduce the quantity ofair needed for the perfect cut ofthe shapes.
THE CUTTING SYSTEM: The knife is managed by a motor with constant torque from 30 to 400 rpm. controlled by an inverter.
THE CONTROL SYSTEM: The machine is managed by the control board.
THE CUTTING AND VENTILATION MASK: Made ofstainless steel in compliance with food regulations. The mask is suitably illuminated and provided ofwindows to allow a detailed view ofthe die cutting surface and it has a slide to convey the cut product to the shaker. The slide is properly shaped to avoid pasta agglomerations due to not sufficient sliding.
