The Velo 1400 machine for the production of Bologna pasta shape from a single sheet of 1400mm width is the largest and most productive machine currently on the market. • Calibration unit designed to ensure uniformity of the thickness for the entire length of the sheet.
• Automatic and motorized regulation of the thickness of the pasta sheet.
• Possibility of having the third ridged cylinder for the production of special shapes with ridged surface (Optional).
• Sheet feeding group by means of a belt to obtain maximum precision during the various cutting phases.
• The folding unit with double elastic gripper with multiple upper and lower thrust points ensures perfect closure of the product during the folding phase along its entire length of the mold.
• Automatic folding adjustment system with the machine running (LANDUCCI-ZAMBONI patented system) with the possibility of memorizing the recipe via PLC
• The scraps cutting system formed by a pair of cutting rollers, moved in step with the stamping die, designed to keep the sheet at the right tension during the stamping phase.
• Predisposition of the Scrap-cutting unit with a rotating knife with variable length for transversal cut for the production of Noodles, or to further reduce the size of the waste to be mixed again, facilitating the homogeneity between the new dough and the recycled waste.
• The SOC (Smart Oil Control) forced oil lubrication unit, with continuous filtering system, powered by an electric pump for the correct lubrication of each moving part and equipped with an alarm system in case of pressure drop.
• Motors managed by Inverter with simultaneous and continuous control of operating speeds.
• Electronic management of all functions and alarms via PLC.
• Sheet ventilation unit on board the machine with multi-channel distributor to cover the entire sheet path to avoid condensation. Complete system of resistances with the possibility of air heating.
Various high-tech stamping dies and special materials cover the range of all the shapes.
