The Velo 1000 punching machine for the production of snacks or pellets from a sheet of 1000mm width, is characterized by:
• Possibility of producing snacks (or pellets) with or without internal holes by means of a two-stage blanking system.
• Sheet calibration group configurable according to the characteristics of the dough: either with rolling cylinders to reduce and uniform the thickness or with rubber-coated cylinders for dragging only.
• Sheet advancement system designed to obtain maximum precision during the various cutting phases.
• Double conveying system for scraps, one for the residues of the shearing of the sheet and one for the residues of the internal holes.
• High sturdiness to punch even high consistency sheets thanks to the reinforced support system of the cutting slide with four sliding planes, without vibrations thanks to the dynamic balancing of all moving parts.
• Management of machine functions and alarms via PLC.
• The scraps cutting system formed by a pair of cutting rollers, moved in step with the stamping die, designed to keep the sheet at the right tension during the stamping phase.
• Predisposition for additional scrap-cutting unit with rotating knife for transversal cutting to further reduce the size of the waste to be re-kneaded, facilitating homogeneity between the new dough and the recycled waste.
An always wider and more varied range of shapes makes it possible to enrich production with new profiles.
