The key feature of the Velo 600 project is the combination of lightness and mechanical strength.
Lightness is necessary, generally due to the the structure of the pasta factories in which it is installed, to move the machine if necessary at the end of production.
The mechanical strength is necessary to work at extremely high speeds over three work shifts to ensure high productivity, high reliability and efficiency.
