The stick-washer Landucci is the definitive solution for the cleaning and the sanitizing ofthe sticks for the long pasta transportation (including side hooks) which get dirty during the production process. The used technology has been patented by Landucci S.r.l. and it is based on the efficacy ofthe cleaning and the sanitizing by high temperature and high pressure STEAM. The structure is made ofAISI 304 steel and it is complete with a thermo-isolation protection.
The entire process ofthe machine is automatic: the loading , the cleaning and the unloading. The machine manages the sticks in an organized way.
The sticks are taken automatically or manually, they are placed on a pusher which moves them to the different stations until the final discharge. The distance can be adjusted in order to be able to contain sticks from 1800 up to 2500 mm. according with the production line.
The cleaning is made with steam technology with hight pressure. The sticks are perfectly dried and sanitized before the exit from the machine, without any need ofwaste disposal.
The washing speed can be adjusted accordin to the dirty level. The machine is supplied with steam generator.
