Absolutely indispensable is a series of tools that allows lifting, turning and transporting dies, which are heavy and cumbersome The development of this tool has become necessary over the years to provide a concrete solution regarding accident prevention.
* Compass clamps for lifting round dies. These clamps represent a very easy and quick method for slinging dies and depositing them, for example, inside the die-washing machine, in a rack, or where they must be placed vertically. These clamps are made of coated steel or stainless steel. A wide range of diameters is available for every necessity.
* Die-rotating clamps (for round dies). These clamps allow the round dies lifting and rotating.
* Clamps for rectangular dies. Notwithstanding the parallelepiped shape of the rectangular dies, the use of this rapid hooking clamp is necessary to sling a die from any position without requiring its lifting.
* Die-carriages with balanced surface and die ring extractor. These types of carriages are of extreme interest. In addition to transport the dies, they permit to place the round ones from horizontal to vertical position, and vice versa. When the operator performs this simple operation no effort is necessary since the weight is balanced through a suitable mechanical system.
