K-N series
The universal cutting unit SERIES K represents an alternative solution to the traditional cutters.
Features:
- Moving column structure made ofelectro-welded steel, fixed to the ground and to the press, with a rotating cutting mask.
- Raising ofthe mask with an electrical actuator. The perfect alignment is ensured by high precision prismatic guides.
- Platform for the access to the working-area independent and customized.
The features ofcutting, ventilation and product transportation are identical to our other models. Thanks to the simplicity ofits own structure it offers the following advantages: a) great accessibility to the front ofthe press and easiness in cleaning and so greater sanitation in the plant; b) reduced maintenance times; The cutting mask can be supplied with a belt for transporting the pasta to the shaker or with a conveying chute according to the customer’s needs.
