CARRING STRUCTURE: Constructed with electrowelded steel is equipped of suitable wheels, the wheels raises and lowers themselves with hydraulic control for a fast and practic travel and positioning on the supports with adjustable high. Complete of wide access footboard which facilitates the pasta-makers work, the footboard is protected by stainless steel rails.
THE CUTTING AND VENTILATION MASK Constructed with stainless steel in compliance with food regulations. The mask is suitably illuminated to enable seeing the cutting surface and the hole-hole extrusion of the die thanks to the fixed window placed on the right-left side of the same. In the mask is placed a conveyor belt in accordance with FDA-USDA regulations with reversible and continuos motion (Landucci patent). The conveyor belt is provided with reversible motion, therefore, if it rotates in the working directions it "brings" the pasta to the "shaker" of the line, and if it rotates in opposite direction conveys it into a container located behind the machine. This device is particularly useful for avoiding introduction of pasta scraps in the drying line at the start of the production during the cutting lenght adjusting phase, and also at the end of the productions when the blades stops.
MASK HYDRAULIC RAISING The mask raises itself hydraulically through an hydraulic power pack with double effect cylinders, the fast raise/descent motion reduces the time for the shape change.
RAPID CHANGE SYSTEM OF THE CONE OR MACARONI-CUTTER PLATE A device placed on the mask side allows the automatic disconnection of the cone or plate from the knife shaft.
SILENT RUNNING VENTILATION The hair flow of the fan placed in the lower part of the mask is controlled by an inverter, the hair flow on the cutting side is optimized shape by shape. The ventilation is suitably contained inside the mask, the hair flows doesn't involves the drying diagram of the shaker.
THE CUTTING SYSTEM The knife is controlled by a brushless motor with constant torque from 0 to 700 rpm.
THE CONTROL SYSTEM The machine is controlled by a PLC placed inside the main electric control board. The cutting and ventilation speed are controlled by the keyboard on the machine side with visualization on display. The system is equipped with interconnection of the machine enables its command and control with recipes, this system totally integrates itself with the most modern technology of control.
THE SAFETY In case of mask obstruction during production, the extrusion is immediately stopped trhough a sensor placed inside the same. A sensor controls the motion of the knife (the knife starts only when the mask is in touch with the press head). Module (Preventa) for the double check of the safety circuit.
