AIRCUT R-RT

UNIVERSAL CUTTING UNIT TYPE AIRCUT R-RT FRAME: is made of an upper frame fixed to the press frame. The frame carries the column used to lift and/or rotate the cutting and ventilation mask. The lifting and the rotating movements are motorized, to ensure the maximum accuracy and the maximum safety for the operators.

THE CUTTING AND VENTILATION MASK: is suitably illuminated and provided of windows to allow a detailed view of the die cutting surface. The mask is provided of a conveyor belt with reversible motion (Landucci patent), used to convey the product into the shaker.
The usage of the belt allows the reduction and optimization of the fall of the product after the cut, reducing the deformation of the product due to the fall itself. The belt brings the product to the shaker, reducing the amount of air that, in the older cutting units, was used to convey the product into the shaker. The less amount of air allows a better efficiency of the shaker because the shaker is less affected by the air coming from the cutter. The belt reversible motion is used to convey the scraps produced during start-ups and stops into a container.

MASK ELECTRICAL RAISING: The mask raising system is the most modern system available in the market in terms of accuracy, rigidity, maintenance and safety. The mask is moving on high precision load linear guideways, to avoid any misalignment with the die head. The alignment between the die head and the cutting mask is motorized. The load linear guideways are fixed on a rigid steel column. The result is a very rigid assembly that eliminates any vibration during the mask motion. The mask is moved by a system gearbox+endless screw.

FAST CHANGE SYSTEM OF THE CONE: The masks can be rotated to allow a faster and easier draining of the press and an easier installation of the cones.

VENTILATION MANAGEMENT: The air flow of the blower is managed by an inverter, to allow the perfect aeration of every different shape. The air flow is mainly conveyed towards the die surface, to reduce the quantity of air needed for the per- fect cut of the shapes.

THE CUTTING SYSTEM: The knife is managed by a brushless motor with constant torque from 30 to 400 rpm.

THE CONTROL SYSTEM: The machine is mana- ged by a Siemens S7/300 PLC. From the control board we can manage all the features of the machine. The system is presetted to be interconnected with the production line. In the type RT the entire assembly can also be moved laterally, to ensure the maximum accessibility to the machine.
