Die-washing machine Series CL
The new Micropi die-washing machines have been built for washing circular and rectangular dies..
The control computer is the key of the diewashers SUPER performances.
The special feature of the machines is the microprocessor or computerised management of the movements. With this system ad hoc washing programs are carried out and stored, die by die. No mechanical adjustment is necessary for washing a die.The washing cycle solely consists of introducing the die into the special housing, closing the cover, and typing the number of the die.The computer sees to the rest.
The necessity of having different washing programs for every die is obvious: different shapes of pasta have different feed holes and thus require different washing cycles and times; in a number of cases, with equal die diameter, even 5 times greater. Making a washing program means defining the washing areas, the number of cycles (repetition of the cycle), the dimensions and the number of the die.
Programming is done by positioning the die in the machine, and depending on the washing zones by shifting the arms with the arrows on the keyboard,. Once the washing zones have been defined (those with the holes), the computer automatically sees to subdividing them, depending the diameter of the nozzles, this way optimising on the washing time. The system is interactive, and therefore very simple. By operating this way, loss of water and time is avoided (the die is only washed where it is necessary) and in addition the wear of the mechanical parts is very limited since the movement is not continuous.
Optional ecological device
Of much interest is the ecological device. With this device, in the first washing phase, the larger pieces of pasta that come out of the die due to the pressure of the water are immediately removed from the machine. This way it is avoided that these remain in the washing bin where they would tend to dissolve and thus pollute the washing water that is then discharged into the sewerage. It is a well-known fact that pasta dissolved in water forms lactic acid which is harmful to the environment.
