Die-washing machine Series S
The new die washers Landucci series S are characterized from the fixed positioning of the dies. Contrary to the traditional machines inwhich during the washing the circular or rectangular die moves at the same time of the spraying arms, in the die washers Series S the only movement during the washing is the one of the washing arms. This innovative washing system with the idled dies allows to diminish drastically the bulky machines since in the washing of the rectangular dies is no longer required their translation.
The mechanics decidedly turns out to be simplified and accessible for an easy and economical maintenance. The washing tank is of a new conception and turns out to be of easy cleaning since it does not have the characteristic lateral shelves of the traditional machines. The ecological belt system for the separation of the dough from the water allows to diminish decidedly the content of dissolved dough in the water thus reducing the problems connected with the draining of the washing waters.
