Die-washing machine Series TAG
The new Die-washing machine "TAG" gets updated.
New design -Easy programming -Simpler cleaning
New and improved features:
NEW DESIGN: No sharp corners, oblique and rounded surfaces respect current hygienic requirements.
TAG READER : An in-built scanner can read the TAG in the die and get the required washing, freeing the operator from any further manual setting.
SKIMMING SYSTEM: It is composed by a triple, mobile paddle which skims the surface foam from the water tank towards the discharge water hopper.
DRYING: A compressed air system, integrated within the sprinkler washing arms, allows for die drying at the end of washing cycle.
MOTORIZED LlD: The water-tight lid, which separate the washing zone, is powered by modern linear motors. A special gasket ensure that the lid is perfectly sealed.
NO POLLUTION DEVICE: A new conveyor belt is fit under the washing area and conveys pasta residues outside the diewasher, into a sac held by a mobile, stainless steel trolley.
LEVEL SENSOR + TOP-UP ELECTRO-VALVE: A sensor connected to an electro-valve allows for a constant water level in the water recovery tank and a timer programs a complete water exchange.
