The new Bivelo 1200 Machine
This machine of innovative concept achieves outstandingly high output using two counter-operating 600 mm dies. The result is an intrinsically balanced machine with an excellent size/output ratio. Its sturdy high-gauge stainless steel sheet construction, like the latest machine tools, offers easy-to-clean flat surfaces. Rational design has provided easy inspection and dismantling of all subassemblies. It is equipped with two units consisting of a scrap mincer and pneumatic conveyor to the mixer.
The machine's extremely high production capacity allows it to be combined with 1,300 Kg/h heads of dry pasta. Interchangeability of the units allows obtaining truly harmonised layouts. It is provided with an automatic sheet insertion device, a computerised production control system, production data printout, scrap optimisation functions and storing of recipes.
The machine includes a revolutionary (patented) folding system which allows the dies synchronization in absolute safety conditions, even when the machine is in production.
