Bow-Tie Stamping Machine pasta Bologna “V1000”: ofinnovative conception, with vertical sheet insertion. This feature allows to have very short sheet runs between the calibration zone and the shearing zone with enormous advantages on the colour ofthe finished product. The sheet conveyor belt is managed by an Inverter in order to optimize the speed ofthe sheet according to the extrusion speed.
The machine reaches an high productivity thanks to the perfect balance ofthe masses. The short distance ofthe sheet through its inner part guarantees always the right stability. The computerized control system ofcontrol allows the optimisation of the scrap independently from the speed ofthe machine and the memorisation ofthe recipes shape by shape. The possibility of setting up the desired quantity ofdry pasta the we wish to produce and the report ofall the production data and anomalies on a printer constitute useful complements for those pasta plants that expect to verify the production around the clock (optional). The machine has a revolutionary folding system (patented), unique in its kind, that allows the setup ofthe folding ofthe stamping dies by electric motor in safe conditions, also when the machine is working.
The front casing prevents in any way the access to the stamping area as per the current industrial injury legislation (CE certification). It allows the connection with dies heads with a dry pasta production up to 1000 Kg/h or, ifutilized in pairs, with die heads with a capacity up to 2000 Kg/h. The PLC allows to examine at distance, from the Landucci assistance site, the complete status ofthe machine and the eventual upgrading ofthe software.
This to notice in real time the arising ofany problems thus limiting any production stoppage of the machine (optional). The machine’s dimensions are contained to allow the achievement of harmonious layouts.
